As the primary caregiver to his 85-year-old father, he experienced firsthand the gaps in traditional senior care - an experience that now drives his mission to build a scalable, technology-enabled, and deeply human model for aging support.
Faraaz has been with Carenami since the early days and leads frontline care operations. An engineer by training, he brings a systems-driven approach to caregiver coordination, service delivery, and day-to-day execution.
