Dr. Aneri Gupta was born & raised in Canada and moved to the US in 2008 to pursue her calling as a physician. She became a travel family physician living all over the US, including the east coast, midwest and now in California.

As a Indian classically trained dancer, she enjoyed performing and learning since she was 4 yo. She realized she loved to make her patients and friends laugh and believes laughter is the best medicine, and so she decided to start a new journey in stand up comedy four years ago.

Unfortunately in November 2023, Dr. Aneri had a stroke, which completely transformed her life in ways she could never imagine. She learned to slow down, rebuild her memory, walk again, and appreciate her community of family and friends.

She still has daily challenges, as many of us do in our daily lives, but now she is on a mission to teach others about brain health so that everyone can lead their best lives. She feels that many of us could benefit from this help and support. She is grateful to have found Carenami to help bridge that gap.

Asking for help and getting help is sometimes a challenge in the western world, but something she noticed was done quite often when she spent time in the east as a child. She highly recommends Carenami's various services. It truly takes a village!
